We are now offering an online 360 feedback tool where your employees can obtain valuable feedback on their performance from their peers, customers, direct reports, manager and others in order to improve their performance and value to the organisation

360 degree feedback

360 feedback can be used as part of your ongoing appraisal process, as a coaching and mentoring tool or as an integral part of a development programme.

With the option of a ‘pulse report’ after a few months into a coaching or development intervention – you can clearly measure return on that investment by tracking the individual’s progress against the competencies identified for development.

A Development Workbook can also be added which will help the individual decide on actions to improve performance and commit to their own development plan.

You can choose from a range of competency frameworks or opt for a fully customised option of the report to fit your own in-house competency framework.
